American Oliver Stone Co.,Ltd. COMMERCIAL LIMITED WARRANTY FOR CUSTOMERS

American Oliver Stone Co.,Ltd.  warrants to the original owners of installed Olive Quartz Stone for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of installation that the Olive Quartz Stone material will be free from manufacturing defects. If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, American Oliver Stone Co.,Ltd. will at its option, repair or replace the defective Olive Quartz Stone products.

WHAT THIS LIMITED 15-YEAR WARRANTY COVERS

American Oliver Stone Co.,Ltd. obligation under the 15-years warranty covers only the replacement of the Olive Quartz Stone product in slab form.

This limited 15-year warranty covers Olive Quartz Stone products. 

This limited 15-year warranty covers products that have been maintained according to the Olive Quartz Stone Care and Maintenance guide.

WHAT THIS LIMITED 15-YEAR WARRANTY  DOES NOT COVER

This limited 15-year warranty does not cover color variances, thermal shock, chemical abuse or defects by fabrication, misuse, improper fabrication or improper installation.

This limited 15-year warranty does not cover any cut to size, Installation, repairs or modifications such as, for example, any installation labor or material changes, any plumbing, electrical, tile or wall surface modifications that may be necessary to repair or replace the Olive Quartz Stone. American Oliver Stone Co.,Ltd’s sole responsibility and liability under this limited warranty shall be to replace defective Olive Quartz Stone.

This limited 15-year warranty does not cover products that have not been paid for in full.

This limited 15-year warranty does not cover use of products for products exposed to outside weather and climate conditions, abnormal use or conditions, or abuse in any way.“Abnormal use or conditions”includes, but is not limited to, damage from mishandling or misuse, damage from excessive heat or uneven exposure to weather conditions, physical or chemical abuse, and damage from improper care and maintenance.

American Oliver Stone Co.,Ltd. is not responsible for damage or injury caused in whole or in part by the majeure force, job site conditions, architectural and engineering design, structural movement, acts of vandalism, or accidents.

This limited 15-year warranty does not cover seam performance.

This limited 15-year warranty is non-transferable following permanent installation of the Olive Quartz Stone.

This limited 15-year warranty does not cover transportation or freight costs.

In order to obtain service under this limited 15-year warranty, a American Oliver Stone Co.,Ltd. Authorized Installer or American Oliver Stone Co.,Ltd. authorized agents must be permitted to inspect the Olive Quartz Stone being claimed under this limited warranty. American Oliver Stone Co.,Ltd. requires full cooperation with American Oliver Stone Co.,Ltd.'s agents in the efforts to service this limited warranty. 

In no event shall American Oliver Stone Co.,Ltd. be liable in either tort or contract for any loss of direct, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or any similar damages, including but not limited to loss profits damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the Olive Quartz Stone. 

American Oliver Stone Co.,Ltd. makes no other warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, with respect to its products, except as expressly stated herein. This is the only warranty offered by American Oliver Stone Co.,Ltd. for Olive Quartz Stone. No one other than American Oliver Stone Co.,Ltd. is authorized to make any warranty or promise with respect to Olive Quartz Stone.
